What we collect and why

When you use our quote form, we collect your name, company, phone number, email, collection and delivery postcodes, timing and details of the goods. We use this only to reply to your enquiry, quote for and carry out the job, and keep the business records we're required to keep. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, which acts as our processor and may store data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. When you use our instant quote tool, the postcodes you enter (and, as with any web request, your IP address) are sent to postcodes.io and the OSRM routing service (router.project-osrm.org) to work out the distance; these services aren't used for anything else. We don't sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that don't become jobs for up to 12 months. We keep job and invoice records for as long as the law requires (usually 6 years).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by contacting us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This website doesn't set any cookies of its own and doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers. Links to WhatsApp, GOV.UK and other sites are covered by their own policies.
